More than 21 years ago God gave a vision to Pastor JC Allen to create a place of restoration for the lost and spiritually wounded. What once was a school, factory, and barn, is now, in its 21st year of ministry, a 14, 000 square feet center used to bring hope to the hopeless, and offer JESUS to those who don’t already know HIM. Althought the construction on the building has changed dramatically since 21 years ago, PRC now has a vision to expand on the outside and reconstruct their property to develop a community park which will provide a safe, comfortable place for the community to share family activities. The community park will consist of a .02 walking track, fenced in play area for children, volleyball court, 1/2 basketball court, a picnic pavillion and gazebo.
